Reiki Level 1 Class

Reiki is a technique that uses energy force to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation. The method uses gentle touch and placement for healing and tries to improve balance in your body and promotes parasympathetic nervous system relaxation, reduces stress, and restores a sense of calm. It does not treat conditions on its own but can be used to support traditional treatment you may receive.

The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands.

Class Materials will be provided. It is $150 for class.
